About Integrity Urgent Care

Integrity Urgent Care in Mesquite, Texas will provide fast, affordable treatment for a wide variety of non-life threatening injuries and illnesses. This location will also offer occupational medicine, sports medicine, STI screening and treatment, lab testing, and diagnostic testing. It will feature an x-ray and EKG machine on-site. This and all other locations will accept a wide variety of insurance plans including Medicare and Medicaid. Uninsured patients will still be welcome, and we will offer affordable payment options for everyone. Whatever troubles you, you will be welcome to check in online or walk into our Integrity Urgent Care facility in Mesquite, Texas – opening Fall 2026.
