Rick B. Weaver is a partner in the Alliance/Wise County office of Shannon, Gracey, Ratliff & Miller, LLP. Mr. Weaver has nearly 30 years of estate planning and probate experience, has practiced Elder Law for more than 15 years and is one of the few certified Elder Law attorneys in Texas. He is Board Certified by the Texas Board of legal specialization in estate planning and probate and he specializes in qualifying older clients for Medicaid and preparing qualified income trusts (Miller Trusts).
